I have seldom - no, never seen such unfriendly staff. Dear Anatolien Gourmet team (Gourmet is a bad joke here, by the way), if you don't feel like having customers, then close your dump and do a job that you enjoy more! Once and never again!

Classic kebab shop. Cheap frozen skewer, unfriendly staff, loveless preparation. If you're in the mood for kebab and you're nearby, you can do it, but we have much better shops in town

Eh what a dilemma. Best döner I've had, in Germany and the United Kingdom but I've only been to a dozen or so different places. The toppings are very fresh with some unique additions like eggplant. The spicy sauce is the best variation I've tried and when I ask for sehr scharf it actually has some heat. But the staff is extremely rude. I'm not sure what is going on in their life that makes them so angry about selling food but I wish they would correct that. I would throw so much more money their way if they acted decent. It's such a short walk from my flat.

Great lunch menu. We are here regularly and with pleasure. But the Corona hygiene rules are only partially adhered to, which prompts me to deduct one point.

My kebab tasted okay, but was cobbled together very carelessly. Sauce wasn't in Doner kebab spread, but only on top. The kebab is overloaded so that everything falls out, but it doesn't feel like it contains meat. Well anyway it was delicious .. The problem is clearly the operation. An ar ******* at its finest. Handles you within seconds, in a rushed tone, does not answer questions and when I mistakenly said "kebab with fries" instead of "kebab and fries", I was literally written to. In general, the service was very rude, and my patience wasn't far from breaking. I would have only been missing an insult on top. :-) The guy thought it was more important to have tea with his shady friends than to work properly. Some reviews say that the experience in the restaurant depends a lot on who is working, but after this very uncomfortable experience I won't give the place a 2 chance. It's a shame, the shop looks pretty inviting and is also very clean.

Kebab is perfect! Just like it should be. Not oversalted, decent amount of salads, perfect!

The staff are very rude and the kebab was freezing! We were immediately asked loudly to leave the shop or to wear a mask / t-shirt over our nose. Of course a mask is important but you can also say it in a normal tone !!!!!!

Corona no longer exists here! Tables were very dirty and no one kept their distance, no masks were worn, also something like the data for the follow-up was missing. Everything went like a normal night on Saturday before the corona times ... If you have no problem with this, this is the place for you. The kebab was ok.

Delicious food and very friendly staff, special requests are always welcome and after the shop was renewed, everything is just right! Recommended and again, super staff who always put a smile on your face, whatever you get paid, it is not enough! Supplement. Unfortunately, I have to say that the staff were replaced, and unfortunately yes ... The kebab no longer tastes so great is really what it makes. But was now twice served by a new employee and must say that the passion was what was there, is no longer there and you can taste it.

This is okay at best. Not even hating. It just wasn't tasty.

The guy at night doesnt have a good attitude. He yells at his colleagues, ridicules you if you don't speak German and doesn't give you the right to choose the ingredients of your dönner.
